Integrated Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) Career Pathways
Fully mentored airline career program from GAA with our partner airlines.
The GAA Integrated ATPL provides training for a flagship Pilot Cadet program leading to an exciting flying career as a First Officer with one of our many airline partners.
This Pilot Cadet program is designed for talented aspiring aviators to be Co-Pilots, Captains and future Aviation Managers.
The program is characterized by high-quality training leading to a 'frozen' ATPL with a type rating. Successful applicants will be provided with a conditional offer of employment by one of our airline partners before training begins.
Duration: 20 months, subject to scheduling

To apply for this program, you must meet the following requirements.
Age and height
Aged between 18 and 55.
Minimum height 5 ft. 2 in. (157 cm), maximum height 6 ft. 3 in. (191 cm).
You must have achieved the following academic achievements (or equivalent).
US - A High School Degree (normally achieved at age 18) with a good standard in Mathematics, Science and English language – or equivalent, supported by certificate evidence.
UK - 5 GCSEs at grade C or above - including Mathematics, Science and English language – or equivalent, supported by certificate evidence.
Be fluent in English (verbal and written).
Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA/EASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate prior to enrollment.
Have a valid passport with an unrestricted current right to live and work in the US with an ability to travel unrestricted worldwide.
Background and selection
Ability to produce a Criminal Record Check (CRC) Basic Disclosure Certificate (or local equivalent) and pass referencing checks.
Pass a selection process.
